Congratulations to Matthew Tarini for being one of the thirty Kingston Prize finalists this year with his oil on masonite, Self Portrait. The Kingston Prize is a biennial Canada wide competition for contemporary portraits. Village Studios artist Leslie Watts also will have one of her portraits included in the exhibition. The show opens on October 9 at The Firehall Theatre in Gananoque and runs until October 25. It will then travel to New Brunswick and Quebec.
